In the Bible, there are several other places where the exact phrase, “in thine heart” is found. The following verse is an example of one of those places in the New Testament.

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
