I’ll Be True, Lord Jesus

There are several online radio stations available that offer good, conservative Christian music and KJV preaching 24/7. One that we often have playing in our home is KNVBC.com.  The other day, I heard the following chorus and it’s been running through my head since. While reading in Acts this morning, I couldn’t help but associate the Apostle Paul with the following lyrics…

 I’ll be true, Lord Jesus, I’ll be true;
I’ll be true, Lord Jesus, I’ll be true.
There’s a race that must be run;
There’s a vict’ry to be won,
Ev’ry hour by thy power I’ll be true.
