Prayer – Matthew Henry

“When anything burdens our spirits, we must ease our minds by prayer.” ~ Matthew Henry

I read the above quote the other day. I liked it so much that I copied it down in my prayer journal. This morning, aren’t you thankful for the PRIVILEGE that we, as believers, have to come to our Heavenly Father in prayer?

“In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.” Psalm 86:7
