Our Eggless Ducks

The above quote seemed to be fitting for this post – it seems the one person I have more trouble with is “yours truly”.

Recently, I wrote a short post titled “We’re Mighty Proud Of Our Girls”. The post was informing all our readers of our egg-laying ducks. This morning, I would like to give an update on how many eggs we have received since that post. Are you ready? Brace yourselves…

That’s right, folks – ZERO eggs.

The other day, I had to confess to the girls that the Lord had convicted me about that post. And, since this is a public blog, I feel I should apologize on here as well. Failing to give God the glory for something as small as a duck egg may seem minor…but not to God. I sure don’t want to be the one responsible for God withholding future blessings from my family.
