Be Strong in the Lord

This morning, my Old Testament reading included the first chapter of Joshua. When I see the Lord repeatedly encouraging Joshua to “be strong”, I find MYSELF encouraged.
Why?
Because I am reminded that I’m not alone. We ALL need encouragement from time to time. How very thankful I am for the strength we can receive from the Lord if we will only look to HIM!

And now, I have the chorus of the following song running through my mind. 😀
